Brendale is a light-industrial pocket north of the city, which is not incidental. The businesses this work suits are mostly in places that look like Brendale: a yard, a roller door, an office with two desks and a printer that jams. That is the environment the seven vertical products were shaped around, and it is why what we build assumes a workshop rather than an open-plan floor.

Why on-site matters for the Leak Check

The process on the whiteboard isn’t the process. The real one involves a clipboard on the workshop wall, a whiteboard nobody photographs, and a bloke who knows which jobs to do in which order because he’s done it for eleven years.

You find that by standing there for twenty minutes. You don’t find it on a video call, because on a video call people describe the process they think they run.

What we deliberately don’t claim about being local

Most location pages at this point list local industries and imply deep regional insight. We are not going to, because the honest version is thinner than that: Kindra AI was founded in 2025, and while the systems experience behind it is long, the set of South East Queensland engagements is not yet large enough to draw published patterns from.

When it is, this section will name them — wet-season scheduling, licensing admin load, whatever the data actually shows — with numbers behind each one. Until then it stays empty rather than filled with plausible-sounding observations, which is the same rule that governs every other figure on this site. It is also why there is no client logo wall here: we do not name clients without written permission, and anonymised case files need measured before-and-after numbers to be worth reading.

If you want the version of this that is substantiated, it is the infrastructure and the terms — hosting locations, backup cadence and the date of the last restore test are all published and dated.

Working with us from outside SEQ

Everything except the site visit is identical, because everything except the site visit was already remote. The Blueprint, the two-week increments, the handover and the check-in all run the same way — set out in full on how an engagement runs.

What changes is the diagnosis. Without standing in the workshop we lean harder on following one real job end to end with whoever actually does it, which takes a little longer and gets to roughly the same place. If a project is large enough to warrant travel we will say so and quote it separately rather than burying it.

One practical difference worth knowing: for a remote Leak Check, get the person who actually does the admin on the call rather than the owner. On site that happens naturally, because they are standing there. On a call it has to be arranged, and it is the single thing that most changes how useful the twenty minutes is.

The other is timezone. We are in Brisbane, so the published two-hour response commitment means something different if you are in Perth than if you are in Ipswich. We will say which applies to you rather than quoting the number as though geography were free — the same caveat applies to the pricing, which does not change by location.
