North Lakes is where most of my current pipeline sits

North Lakes is a big chunk of my working week. It's a young business district — Westfield anchoring one end, the office parks around Discovery Drive at the other, a fast-growing services economy sitting in the middle. Most of the businesses I take on here are less than ten years old, have Xero as their financial backbone, and are hitting the point where the founder can't keep every ball in the air personally.

Who I usually build for in North Lakes

That's the sweet spot for what I build. Custom apps, sized for one role, that let the founder step back without hiring a full ops team yet.

Not exhaustive, but the pattern:

Services firms in the 5–20 staff band — accountants, marketing shops, allied health, MSPs. Multiple inboxes, Xero pipeline, deadline-driven work.
Trade fit-out and site services — quoting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, invoicing.
E-commerce + fulfilment operating out of the Discovery Drive estates.
