What each system actually publishes
Integrations, tested not assumed.
What each system’s API genuinely exposes, what it does not, and where the integration breaks - checked against the published documentation rather than the marketing page.

GoHighLevel
GoHighLevel allows 100 requests per 10 seconds and 200,000 a day per location, with over 80 webhook events. Its data lives in the United States, and its webhook signature scheme changes in September 2026.
-
MYOB
MYOB has no webhooks and publishes no rate limit figures. What that means for an integration, from MYOB’s own documentation, plus the scope change that lands on 1 September 2026.
-
n8n
n8n is the only system in our register where Australian data residency is achievable — by self-hosting. Its licence also forbids charging clients for access to that instance. Both facts matter before you build.
-
QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online publishes all thirteen fields we track, including the ones that hurt: read-only fields overwritten silently, webhooks that block behind an unacknowledged event, and a query language with no OR.
-
ServiceM8
ServiceM8 allows 180 requests a minute, sends webhooks that contain no data, and does not sign them. What that means for a build, from ServiceM8’s own developer documentation.
-
Simpro
Simpro has the best webhook coverage of the nine systems we track and the most structurally awkward API. Per-customer hostnames, 14-day refresh tokens and 10 requests a second, from Simpro’s own documentation.
-
Stripe
Stripe documents its own failure modes better than any system in our register: unordered events, duplicate deliveries, 24-hour idempotency, and a per-currency minimum charge. All from Stripe’s own documentation.
-
Xero
What the Xero API actually allows, from Xero’s own documentation: rate limits, token lifetimes, webhook behaviour, and the March 2026 change that made API access a paid product.
-
Zapier
What a Zapier task actually is, what it costs, what happens when you run out, and the point at which a custom build gets cheaper. From Zapier’s own pricing and platform documentation.
