No obligation. The Leak Check costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel. If we are not the right fit for the job, we say so on the call.
Implementation. Fixed-price, quoted up front. Paid 50/50 — deposit + completion. Scope changes are quoted in writing before we start them.
Monthly partnership. Rolling. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice in writing. No lock-in, no auto-renewals beyond the month.
Confidentiality. We don’t share your numbers, your name, or anything we see in your business — ever.
Limitation. We provide advice and execution. We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes (we do guarantee finding the leaks, see above). We’re not your accountant or lawyer — get one for those calls.
