- 01What we collect.
Only what you give us — your name, email, business details, intake answers, calculator inputs, and call notes. We don’t buy lists. We don’t track you across the web.
- 02Why we collect it.
To run the Leak Check, send the takeaway you asked for, call you back, take payment, and respond when you ask us a question. Nothing else.
- 03Where it sits.
HubSpot (CRM), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and our app database (MongoDB hosted in Germany on Hetzner Cloud). All standard, audited providers.
- 04Cookies and analytics.
Two analytics tools run on this site: Google Analytics 4, which sets the _ga cookies, and Metricool, which counts page views. Both only tell us which pages get read — the Analytics property is not linked to Google Ads, and there are no advertising or retargeting pixels here. There are two first-party cookies: one keeps you signed in if you log in to a client portal, and one remembers a partner referral code for 90 days if you arrived through a partner link, so the partner gets credit for the introduction.

Nobody, unless you ask us to. We never sell your data.
- 06How long we keep it.
As long as we work together + 7 years to meet Australian record-keeping rules. Then it’s deleted.
