What we collect. Only what you give us — your name, email, business details, intake answers, calculator inputs, and call notes. We don’t buy lists. We don’t track you across the web.
Why we collect it. To run the Leak Check, send the takeaway you asked for, call you back, take payment, and respond when you ask us a question. Nothing else.
Where it sits. HubSpot (CRM), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and our app database (MongoDB hosted in Germany on Hetzner Cloud). All standard, audited providers.
Cookies. We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in if you ever log in to a client portal. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Who we share it with. Nobody, unless you ask us to. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it. As long as we work together + 7 years to meet Australian record-keeping rules. Then it’s deleted.
Your rights. Ask us anytime — we’ll show you what we have, change it, or delete it. Email michael@kindraai.dev.
