Chermside sits at the natural southern edge of my working week. Kindra is based in Brendale, and my primary territory runs Brendale → Burpengary. Chermside is close enough that I take the calls and do the builds — but I'll be honest: it's not where my current clients are clustered, so I want to set the expectations properly before you book.
