You own it · the Kindra deal

Built once. Paid once. Yours.

The container stays on your wharf. We sail off. That's the deal — and it's in the contract, not a brochure.

The argument

Four things that are true the day we hand over.

01

No rent

No monthly fee to keep using what you already paid to build. It runs whether you ever speak to us again or not.

02

Code & data

The repository and the database are yours from day one — not exported on request, not held hostage. Yours.

03

No lock-in

Walk after any stage and you're still ahead: everything shipped so far keeps working, and any developer can pick it up.

04

In writing

Ownership is a clause, not a promise. The contract names the code, the data and the licence as yours.

Renting vs owning

The shape of the two deals.

Renting SaaS
Owning with Kindra
Year one
Fees start, fit is "close enough"
Built to fit, paid once
Year three
Still paying, still bending your process to it
Still running. Nothing owed
Your data
In their cloud, on their terms
In your database, on yours
If you leave
Export what they allow, start again
Nothing changes — it's already yours
Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

Who hosts it?

Wherever suits you — your cloud account with our recommendation, or a provider you already trust. Either way the keys are in your hand, not ours.

What happens if Kindra disappears?

You hold the code, the data and the documentation. Any competent developer can pick it up and carry on. That's not a risk we ask you to accept — it's the reason the deal is shaped this way.

Can we change it later?

It's yours. Change it with us, with your own people, or with anyone you choose. No permission required.

Why would you work this way?

Because it wins the clients worth having. Owners tell other owners, and we'd rather earn the next build than farm the last one.

Own the next thing you build.

A free thirty-minute call, a straight read, a fixed price per win — and everything we ship is yours.
