What we build · Integration

Systems integration, Brisbane.

Xero over here, job software over there, the calendar somewhere else. Good tools, own islands. We wire them into one fleet — data entered once, everywhere it needs to be.

In your words

Good tools. Own islands.

“connect Xero to our job software”“nothing talks to anything”“the calendar and the jobs don’t match”“export, fix, import, repeat”

You already paid for good tools — that’s not the problem. The problem is each one thinks it’s the only boat on the water. So your people become the bridge: exporting from one, massaging in a spreadsheet, importing into the next. Every bridge crossing is a chance to drop something.

Integration means the bridge is built once, properly, and then nobody has to carry anything across by hand again.

What we actually do

Concrete, not conceptual.

01

Official APIs, no duct tape

We connect on each tool’s official, supported interfaces — the connections survive updates because they’re built the way the vendor intends.

02

One source of truth per fact

Each piece of data gets one home; everything else subscribes. No more three versions of the same customer.

03

Keep what you’ve got

This is the Connect bucket working at full strength: your tools stay, your subscriptions stay, the re-typing goes.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

Can you connect Xero to our job software?

That’s the most common job we get asked for — and usually yes, on the official APIs, without replacing either tool.

Will it break when a tool updates?

Built on supported APIs, monitored, and failing loudly rather than silently if a vendor changes something. Ongoing support is optional — it’s your system either way.

Do we have to replace anything?

Almost never. Replace only happens when the numbers say so — most integrations are pure Connect: everything you own stays.

What does it cost?

Fixed price per connection or per win, quoted before we start — no day rates.

See it on your own floor.

A free thirty-minute call, a straight read, and a fixed price on the first win — even if the answer is that your stack is fine.
